The vast majority of business requirements have been prebuilt into NemisFS and InfoProbes ready for implementation in days not months. NewFrontiers recommends a flexible approach using three phases for rapid implementation.

1 Pilot

First, the required technology components are installed and integrated. The initial batches of data flow from SAP through NemisFS and InfoProbes to the chosen BI software as a trial to prove all the software and hardware are working together.

2 Validate

With the technology in place, the focus switches to business users reviewing their data in their BI environment. The key for rapid implementation here is that users are checking their real data in real reports, analytics, and dashboards—not spending too much time with requirements interviews and documentation.

Feedback and changes should proceed in multiple, rapid iterations to maintain momentum and business ownership, as business users refine the data and analysis requirements to meet the specific needs of their organization.

3 Implement

The final phase involves data validation and auditing to ensure management information is accurate. Additionally, Data warehouse architects and IT professional will ensure that the implementation is secure and robust for production use.
