Centre Consulting, The EPM Company Centre Consulting is a professional consulting organization, entirely focused on Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) with the unique concept of offering the full range of EPM services to the Corporate Centre. We work with our customers and partners to improve the reporting processes around Strategic Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting, Management Reporting, Analytics & BI, Financial Consolidation and Legal Entity Management. Centre Consulting: Unique EPM Full Services offering Based on our long term specialization in EPM and investment in strong partnerships we can offer services from IT infrastructure installation, EPM software configuration, consulting and training services to outsourcing and application management services. EPM Consulting The combination of Enterprise Performance Management knowledge and the passion for quality enables our certified consultants to translate the customer’s business case into optimized business processes and the newest information technologies. We can help organization to improve their financial Close (Fast Close) and focus on the more important Planning and Forecasting processes (Planning diagnostic). We are also specialized in other group reporting processes like Sustainability and Risk reporting and work with our customers to improve their legal entity management. Implementation services Implementation of EPM applications like Oracle Hyperion EPM, SAP EPM (BFC and BPC), IBM Cognos and zetVisions are a core component of our service offering. We leverage on these applications’ functionalities by adding solutions and starter kits for Sustainability Reporting and Risk Reporting (Solvency II, Basel II/III). Installations and IT infrastructure The new generation of EPM applications and the demands from the users regarding performance, scalability, reliability and security, require advanced and complex IT infrastructure and technology. As part of our services we can help to design the new IT infrastructure but we can also do the installations, software upgrades and performance tuning and optimization. EPM Training Having our own training centre and in-house developed training materials, we enable companies and their staff to get the most out of their applications and processes. Our training concept is to start from the reporting processes and offer different modules for different user groups (administrators, key-users/project members, end-users). Centre Consulting also developed a special Fast Close training, based on our methodology MERCURY®. This training is delivered as an external training in cooperation with IIR or can be offered as an in-house training program. Application Management Support The new generation EPM applications and required IT infrastructure have increased in complexity and forced organizations to invest in their application management support. Centre Consulting is offering services to help organizations to improve the support processes and incident management to guarantee continuity at month end and year end. Our European EPM Network Centre is one of the founding partners of BPM International, the biggest EPM expert network in Europe. This network enables us to leverage EPM knowledge and experience across the different countries and support large international organizations. BPM International is investing in two major European studies: Close Cycle Rankings and the European EPM study.
