Financials

"FA", the Financial Accounting NemisFS module is optional but strongly recommended for most customers. This module provides data from the main SAP ledger (FI-GL) which is used for statutory reporting such as corporation tax, sales tax (VAT), balance sheet, and profit & loss statements. This financial accounting data is normally essential for NemisFS to deliver the "right" data to business users!

"PCA" - the Profit Centre Accounting NemisFS module is used to augment the financial accounting data with a 'product / services' dimension. Many product-oriented organizations need to manage their business by product category or service line. To achieve this they must activate and configure SAP's FI-PCA module to create balance sheets and profit & loss statements by profit center. This NemisFS module enables you to incorporate profit center hierarchies and navigation into your data warehouse.

"CC" - the Cost Control. NemisFS module supports cost analysis. Most organizations assign operational responsibility to department managers and/or project leaders. Usually department managers are responsible for the people that work in their department and their operational efficiency. Project leaders are assigned responsibility for specific, periodic tasks. The Cost Control module provides insight into these costs.

"AP" - the Accounts Payable. NemisFS module is typically used by Finance departments to improve their management of outgoing cash payments and the organization's working capital. The AP module is often used with the NemisFS Purchasing" module to provide a complete 'spend analytics' solution.

"AR" - the Accounts Receivable. NemisFS module is typically used by Finance departments to improve their management of incoming cash, credit control and the organization's working capital. The AR module is often used in combination with the NemisFS Sales Order Handling and Distribution module to offer organizations a complete customer profitability solution.

"AM" - the Assets Management. NemisFS module helps organizations manage tangible assets and their depreciation. Fixed assets administration is a sub-ledger of the FI module. Assets are either acquired whole, e.g. a truck or constructed, e.g. a manufacturing plant.

Sales, Logistics Profitability

"SD" - the Sales Order handling and Distribution. NemisFS module provides game-changing insights to organizations that rely on efficient supply chain management. This module concentrates on sales order processing and outbound logistics. It provides the foundation for analyzing the sales administration and delivery processes.

"RV" - the Revenue Analysis. NemisFS module is our most widely-used module. It provides the "right" revenue and margin insight to business users and allows them to analyze revenue data by multiple dimensions. For example drilling-down into profitability by customer, by product or service line. If combined with the SD and AR module the whole "Order to Cash" process is covered.

"PU" - the Purchasing Analysis. NemisFS module provides information from purchase orders and supports analysis by many different dimensions. For example analyzing purchasing spend by purchasing organization, vendor, product, or service. Purchase order processing is a key step in the purchase-to-pay end-to-end process and the module is often combined with the AP module to provide a complete spend analytics solution.

"IM" - the Inventory Management Analysis. I NemisFS module enables inventory analysis. Inventory is like cash! Having a tight grip on your stock levels helps you improve the efficiency of your logistics and reduce operational costs. For many businesses, inventory is a significant part of their working capital. So optimized stock levels have a huge impact on their financing costs. This NemisFS module enables organizations to analyze and optimize their inventory levels.

"COPA" - the CO Profitability Analysis. NemisFS module provides access to data in SAP's COPA module. COPA is not a transactional module but an internal data collection source within SAP ERP. Special configuration is needed to access COPA data. Business users, mainly in IT teams, claim that management accounting business rules are "locked up" within COPA. Although we are convinced that it's not necessary to extract this data, this module loads COPA data into the NemisFS platform.

Human Resources

"HR" - the Human Resources Analysis NemisFS module supports analysis of many aspects of your HR function. People are extremely valuable assets for most organizations. They can make all the difference! However, labor costs often represent a significant percentage of an organization's fixed overheads. Depending on the industry, labor costs can be 50-80% of fixed overheads.

"CATS" - the Cross Application Time Sheet Analysis module supports time sheet analysis. As people are the most valuable asset of many organizations and represent a large portion of the costs, it's important to understand what they spend their time on. This module accesses data from SAP ERP's time sheet system, CATS to enable detailed analysis.

Manufacturing & Operations

"PM" - the Plant Maintenance Control NemisFS module is used to analyze plant maintenance schedules. Plant, property, and equipment are an organization's tangible assets with long-term commitments. These assets are usually funded with long-term cash sources, either long-term loans or by shareholder investment While information on these assets is relatively straightforward, the operational maintenance schedules are often complex. Dedicated technical managers must organize multiple maintenance schedules for each asset. This module provides these technical managers with the analytic capabilities to maximize the production availability and minimize the maintenance costs for each asset.

"PC" - the Project Control NemisFS module is used to analyze projects within SAP. These projects are typically unique and temporary, requiring large amounts of complex information in the SAP ERP PS system. The NemisFS Project Control module has been designed to provide information about the costs and resources allocated to each project. Given that most companies do not use the SAP ERP PS system, it is remarkable that our solution is so extensive and so widely used.

"PP" - the Production Control NemisFS module provides insight into manufacturing costs. It's obviously extremely important for any manufacturing company to closely manage these costs and any variances. The SAP ERP PP module holds information on the production processes and how they are accounted for. The NemisFS Production Control module enables detailed operational reporting capability and sophisticated trend analytics. Our objective is to ensure that with better information you save at least 1% off your cost of goods manufactured.

Data Quality Reporting

"MDQR" - the Master Data Quality Reporting NemisFS module an integral part of our NemisFS platform. We designed this module to allow our customers to deliver the best possible information to their end users. SAP ERP systems often experience issues with the quality of their master data e.g. customer records, vendor records, product sheets, financial and employee master data. The NemisFS

MDQR module helps users to spot issues rapidly, assess their impact, and monitor the data quality improvement process.
